Sharon McDougal, RM, CPM, is a licensed midwife and the owner of Beautifully Born Midwifery, providing compassionate, client-centered homebirth care in Southern Colorado. With a deep commitment to informed choice and holistic support, she empowers families through personalized prenatal, birth, and postpartum care.

RN, IBCLC - Lactation Consultant

Rachel Madrid

Rachel has been an RN for 13 years and an IBCLC for 10 years working in a hospital setting. Seeing the need for more lactation support, she opened Shine Lactation LLC hoping to help prenatally prepare women for breastfeeding and assist after delivery with their breastfeeding journey.

Kayla Gomez 

Kayla Gomez, CNM, is a licensed independent midwife serving families through Organic Home Birth. She offers culturally rooted care with traditional postpartum support, including Closing of the Bones ceremonies. With a background as a psychiatric RN and SANE/FNE examiner, Kayla brings strong trauma-informed experience to her practice. She also owns Sacred Birth Midwifery LLC, providing women’s circles, workshops, and community-based Cerrada Clinics.

Rachael Gossett

Rachael Gossett PT, DPT, SEP is a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist and the founder of Root & Ember Physical Therapy, specializing in perinatal care. Her holistic, nervous-system informed approach supports clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery with an emphasis on embodiment, regulation, and whole-body healing. Rachael is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and confidently return to movement, strength, and ease, often beyond their pre-pregnancy baseline.

Amy Foreman is a Family Nurse Practitioner and brings extensive experience caring for families and patients of all ages. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2009. In 2023 she started her own business providing telehealth care for patients across the state of Colorado as well as parenting education and support through the Mama Coach brand. She loves teaching and seeing parents feeling empowered!
