We used Kiaha for both Doula and Hypnobirthing services and we couldn’t recommend her enough! She was very patient and understanding of our wishes for having a natural birth. This was our first birth and we honestly didn’t know that we could have a very calming, spiritual, personal birth as society has painted child birth as painful, rushed, and out of our control. Even though I gave birth in a hospital setting (as there aren’t any birthing centers in Pueblo) I still had full control of my labor and fortunately the Doctors and LDNs respected my wishes for my birth plan.
