About the event
Step away from the busyness of life and join us for a morning of calm, connection, and community. The Mom & Me Nature Bath invites mothers and children to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the restorative power of nature together.
We’ll gather at Ken Jordan Park in Colorado Springs to enjoy mindful time outdoors, create space for play and reflection, and soak in the beauty around us. Bring a blanket or towel to sit on, dress comfortably in layers, and feel free to bring journals or sketchpads. Don’t forget water, snacks, and sun protection.
✨ This is a donation-based event ($1 minimum, suggested $5).
✨ A complimentary photo shoot is included to capture sweet memories.
